Monday- Wichita Bachman, Bill (Charles W), age 78, passed away the morning of Thursday, April 1, 2004. Memorial service 11:00 a.m. Monday, Trinity Presbyterian Church. He was, for over fifty years, a Wichita realtor, homebuilder and developer of seven neighborhood areas including The Moorings on Crystal Lake. Bill was an avid handball, sports and horse enthusiast.

He was a graduate of Wichita North High School and Wichita University. Bill served i in the European theatre during World War II. He considered his proudest achievement being head of a wonderful family. Preceded in death by his parents, and brothers, Craig, Don a and John. Survivors include: Janet (Israel) Bachman, wife of over 57 years; son, Brad Bachman and daughter-in-law, Kathleen of Wichita; daughter, Dr Barbara Bachman-Humphries and son-in-law, J.

Harry Frederic Jr. "Fred," 83, passed away March 20, 2004 at home following a long illness. Memorial services were held March 23, in Overland Park. Graveside services 2 p.m. April 3, 2004 in Maple Grove Cemetery, Wichita.

He attended elementary and high school in the Wichita area. His osteopathic medical degree was obtained from Midwestern University in Chicago, IL. Fred was preceded in death by his parents, Harry F. Dobson Sr. and Cecil Trautwine Dobson.

Jim was born April 25, 1941 in Burlington, KS. His family soon moved to Wichita where he spent all of his childhood. He met his wife, Ann, when they were still in high school.

They were married in August, 1963. They lived for 12 years in California, where Jim started his career and where they had three sons. They moved back to Wichita, in 1972 to be near family. Jim was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He loved spending time with his family and friends and enjoyed many hobbies, such as flying model airplanes and playing golf.

He was a talented artist whose favorite mediums were painting and sculpture. Jim was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Marie Dorrah and his sister, Judy Parker. Survivors: wife, Ann; sons, Brad and Brent of Wichita, and son, Brian and his wife, Sharane of Phoenix, AZ; grandchildren, Krysten and Ryan Dorrah.
